Overview
Blu Management (“Blu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Blu Management website (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and to people who contact us through the Site. It does not apply to information we collect under a separate client services agreement, except as described here.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical data needed to operate the Site:
- Contact and inquiry details. When you submit a form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, number of locations, business type, and any information you include about your business or request.
- Communications. If you email or call us, we keep the information you share so we can respond and, if you become a client, manage the relationship.
- Technical information. We may collect standard log data such as browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is used to maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
This Site is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for basic function, security, and load. We do not use the Site to sell advertising based on your browsing. If we add optional analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a choice.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing. We may share information:
- With service providers who help us operate the Site or our business (for example, hosting, email, or scheduling tools), under an obligation to use it only for that purpose.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Blu Management, our clients, or others.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
Data retention and security
We retain inquiry and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain a record of prospective or current client relationships, and meet legal or accounting requirements.
