Meet KD — Karam Inder Singh
Karam Inder Singh entered the U.S. fuel and convenience retail industry in 2001, stepping into a business already facing operational challenges. He wasn't there to observe — he was brought in to fix. From day one, he analyzed underperforming locations and identified the gaps that don't show up on a spreadsheet until they're already costing money: customer behavior, service quality and execution standards.
His results spoke immediately — one of his operated locations earned the Chevron Gold Award for Best Service in the Western Region, setting the tone for everything that followed.

Entered U.S. operations
Brought in to analyze and stabilize underperforming fuel and convenience retail locations. Identified operational gaps across customer behavior, service quality and execution standards.
Promoted to Operations Manager
Early results led to rapid advancement. Took on full operational responsibility across multiple locations, laying the foundation for a systems-driven approach.
Elevated to General Manager
Oversaw multiple locations simultaneously, driving consistency and performance across each site with structured operating systems.

Responsible for managing 40+ stores across gas stations, convenience stores and car washes under one unified operating system.
